We want you to love what you ordered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned with any original packaging, when applicable.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Digital downloads.
- Gift cards.
- Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
A journal with one dramatic entry is still a used journal. Once paper goods have been written in, they cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
