When will my order ship?

Most standard products are made to order and ship within 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or postal holidays. Custom-product timing begins after I receive your details and photos; your expected ship date will be confirmed with the design proof.

Where do you ship?

Satire Stationery currently ships within the United States.

How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is free on orders of $45 or more. Orders below $45 ship for a flat $8. You will see the final shipping charge before you pay—no postage séance required.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is emailed when the shipping label is created. It can take a little time for the carrier's first scan to appear.

How is my order packed?

Your order is protected in a sturdy shipping box, wrapped in paper, and finished with a bow. Giftable without looking like it arrived from the supply closet.

How do custom notebooks work?

Place the order, then email your order number, photos, favorite things, colors, inside jokes, and hard no's to awightson@outlook.com. I create an original cover and send a proof. One round of reasonable revisions is included. Production begins after approval.

Can you make several pieces for a team, teacher group, event, or exceptionally organized coven?

Small-batch group orders are possible. Contact me before ordering so I can confirm timing, materials, and pricing for the quantity you need.

What is the return policy?

Unused standard products may be returned according to the store's 30-day refund policy. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me promptly so I can make it right.

Do screen colors always match the finished product?

I photograph and present products as accurately as possible, but screens have their own opinions. Slight color variation can happen between displays and printed materials.
